Senior Manager, Asset Finance Job
Principle Accountabilities
- Drive the growth of Asset Finance and Insurance Premium Finance products by developing strategies, building the customer base, and increasing revenue.
- Oversee product management, including pricing, product enhancements, and promotional campaigns to maximize market share.
- Coordinate sales efforts across branches and relationship managers, and conduct regular training to ensure consistent product knowledge across the network.
- Manage key relationships with motor vehicle dealers, insurance partners, tracking companies, and regulatory bodies to support business development.
- Monitor the quality of the Asset Finance and Insurance Premium Finance portfolios, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance, and prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Lead customer engagement initiatives and represent the Bank in industry forums and strategic partnership meetings.
- Prepare and deliver accurate management and sector reports for business planning and decision-making.
- Assist in developing annual business plan and annual sales targets that will ensure HFC commands a desirable market share within the Asset Financing and Insurance Premium Finance market segment.
- Develop and implement promotion programmes to enhance demand creation for the Bank’s Asset Finance and Insurance Premium Finance offers and accelerate business growth. This includes internal and external promotion programmes.
- Implement processes and procedures that ensure on-going compliance with requirements of relevant risk management systems and policies for Vehicle and Asset Finance and Insurance Premium Finance line of business.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Asset Finance, Insurance Premium Finance, or Product Management roles.
- Strong understanding of the Asset Finance and Insurance Premium Finance markets, products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to deliver against aggressive business growth targets.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
