As part of its growth and commitment to excellence, the school is seeking to hire an experienced Senior HR Officer to oversee all aspects of human resource management within the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, and Orientation:
  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the school culture, familiarized with policies, and equipped for their roles.
• Payroll Preparation and Compliance:
  Accurately prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring that all salaries and benefits are paid on time. Ensure full compliance with all statutory laws, tax obligations, and social security. Keep up to date with relevant legal and regulatory changes.
• Employee Development:
  Identify and implement opportunities for staff professional development and training. Support career growth initiatives, encourage continuous learning, and ensure that employees have access to the tools and resources necessary to excel in their roles.
• Employee Relations:
  Act as a point of contact for employees to address any work-related concerns or disputes. Foster a positive work environment by promoting good employee relations, offering conflict resolution support, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Promote the values of mutual respect and fairness within the school.
• Performance Management:
  Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting regular appraisals, and providing feedback. 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
  A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• Professional Membership:
  Must be a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
• Experience:
  At least 7 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an educational or similar institution.
