Role Summary

The senior Hr. assistant will be responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training and development, performance management and Hr. operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and retain top talent in tech, marketing, customer service, trading, and risk departments.
  • Develop and manage recruitment strategies to support rapid growth in a competitive industry. Ensure hiring processes comply with local gambling and labor regulations.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with the company’s values and goals.
  • Handle employee relations issues promptly, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Organize engagement and wellbeing initiatives tailored to a 24/7 operation environment.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures align with employment law and gambling industry regulations.
  • Support departments in understanding compliance obligations relating to staff behavior and conduct.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting for audits and licensing authorities.

Learning & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and implement training programs for customer service, risk teams, trading analysts, and other key roles.
  • Support professional development and leadership growth within the company.

Performance Management

  • Lead the design and implementation of performance evaluation systems.
  • Coach managers on setting clear objectives, KPIs, and career development plans.

Hr. Operations

  • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and timekeeping systems. Maintain HRIS and ensure accuracy of employee data.
  • Monitor workforce metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in online gaming, betting, or a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Proven experience managing HR in a highly regulated industry. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
