Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Professional qualification (CFA, CAIA, ICIFA, CISI preferred).
- 4+ years’ experience in investment analysis or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage complex financial models.
- Monitor portfolio and project performance against targets.
- Analyze investment returns, cash flows, and risks.
- Prepare management, board, and investor reports.
- Support debt fundraising and investor engagement.
- Contribute to property and project valuations.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial analysis and forecasting.
