• This is a full-time, on-site Senior Designer role. The Senior Designer will work closely with the Principal Designer to lead the execution of multiple interior design projects, focusing on technical design delivery, project planning, and on-site execution.
• Key responsibilities include producing detailed technical drawings, managing project timelines, overseeing procurement and import/export processes, and coordinating with manufacturers both locally and internationally. The role also involves site visits, construction oversight, and ensuring design intent is accurately executed on the ground.
• This position requires a highly organized, proactive professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction and manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong design skills with expertise in space planning, and material selection
• Experience in project management, including managing budgets, timelines, and teams
• Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills
• Problem-solving abilities and knowledge of design trends and construction processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Interior Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position with on-site experience
• Experience in boutique hotel or high-end residential design is a plus
