Job role

• CCTV Monitoring & Surveillance: Monitor live and recorded footage to detect security threats, safety violations, and equipment malfunctions, ensuring full camera coverage and system functionality.
• Incident Detection & Response: Identify, escalate, and coordinate timely responses to security breaches, emergencies, or suspicious activities in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Communication & Coordination: Maintain real-time communication with ground security teams, offering support and intelligence during incidents and operations.
• Access Control & Security Oversight: Oversee access to company premises, enforce compliance with security protocols, and manage logistics and patrol operations.
• Investigation & Evidence Management: Support investigations by gathering evidence, extracting relevant footage, and preparing detailed incident reports.
• Performance Supervision & Briefings: Supervise security personnel, ensure adherence to SOPs, and conduct regular briefings and debriefings to maintain operational discipline.
• Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain occurrence books and prepare routine reports on incidents, operational activities, system performance, and emerging risks.
• Emergency & Compliance Management: Coordinate emergency responses, ensure implementation of response plans, and uphold data protection, safety, and regulatory compliance.
