Security Guard -Day Job (15K)

Security Jobs.

  • Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure the security of the premises.
  • Monitor and operate CCTV and other surveillance systems.
  • Control entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed access.
  • Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access through proactive observation and intervention.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or other emergency situations.
  • Provide detailed and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
  • Communicate effectively with other guards, staff, and law enforcement when necessary.
  • Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times.
  • Conduct security checks and inspections as required.
  • Enforce rules, regulations, and safety procedures within the premises.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Security Guard or similar role
  • Physically fit and able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and vigilance
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure or in emergency situations
  • Basic understanding of security operations and equipment
  • Certificate of good conduct and references from previous employers (preferred)
  • Training in first aid, firefighting, or basic security operations is an added advantage
