Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Nairobi County, Kenya. Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Strong Negotiation, Persuasion, and Customer Service skills to close deals and provide client satisfaction
- Ability to perform Market Research and stay informed on real estate trends and property values
- Organizational skills and Time Management to handle multiple client interactions and deadlines
- Working knowledge of Real Estate Transactions, including contracts and property laws, is a plus
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
