We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce development and hold at least one Salesforce certification. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions that support business requirements and drive organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Customization: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integration: Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Configuration: Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, process builders, and other platform features to support business processes.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Data Management: Perform data migrations, data cleansing, and data validation using Salesforce tools like Data Loader.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for system design, code changes, and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions
Key Competencies / Skills
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and security best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, or middleware tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- At least one Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred) or any relevant certification
- Support clients in the US.
- Relocate to Nyeri, Kenya.
