The ICT Manager will lead the development and management of all IT-related systems, infrastructure, and services at LSEH. This position is critical for ensuring the hospital’s operational efficiency, data security, and continuous digital innovation to enhance service delivery.

ICT Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with the hospital’s goals and operational needs.
  • Manage the ICT budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Stay updated with trends and technologies relevant to healthcare.

Network and Systems Management:

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware, software, and networks.
  • Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of ICT infrastructure, including hospital management systems (HMS) and electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Manage servers, data storage, and backups to ensure data integrity and availability.

Cybersecurity and Compliance:

  • Implement cybersecurity protocols and risk management strategies to safeguard data and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments.

Support and Training:

  • Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot ICT issues promptly.
  • Organize training programs to improve staff proficiency in using ICT systems.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage relationships with ICT vendors and service providers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their ICT needs and provide solutions.

Innovation and Project Management:

  • Lead digital transformation projects to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Manage ICT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ICT management, preferably in healthcare or a similar setting.
  • Proven experience in managing ICT infrastructure, networks, and software systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies (HMS, EMR, etc.) and data security protocols.

Technical Skills:
