Job Summary:
Our client in the service industry is looking for a creative and results-driven Salesforce Consultant to optimize and manage their Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration, ensuring the platform aligns with our business goals and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including workflows, process builders, and Lightning components.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Okta) to streamline operations.
- Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective platform adoption.
- Manage data integrity and ensure adherence to best practices for data migration.
- Monitor and implement updates from Salesforce releases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align Salesforce capabilities with business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator.
- Proficiency in Salesforce customization and integration tools (e.g., APIs, MuleSoft).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Consultant, or Developer) are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows and business processes.
- Experience with tools like Okta, Stripe, or other SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
