We are seeking a Salesforce Associate to support the Kuza Jamii 2.0 program by building and managing our Experience Sites and associated program dashboards. The role will focus on advanced reports, dashboards, user management, and Experience Cloud configuration to ensure seamless partner access and near real-time program tracking. The Associate will work directly with the team to translate program needs into the system functionality, ensuring partners and consortium members can securely access clean, actionable data.

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud Sites for consortium partners (setup, branding, permissions, access policies).
  • Build and optimize advanced reports and dashboards (funnel charts, KPIs, exception tracking) aligned to program stages and partner requirements.
  • Manage public groups, roles, and sharing rules to ensure secure, role-based access for internal teams and external partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, manage user provisioning/deprovisioning, and enforce security and compliance protocols.
  • Document configuration, access policies, and processes for knowledge transfer and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Information Systems Manager to ensure system outputs directly support program reporting and donor requirements.
  • Support the design and optimization of user interfaces within Salesforce to improve usability, accessibility, and adoption across the consortium.
  • Contribute to the customization and configuration of Salesforce solutions that address consortium-wide reporting and collaboration needs.
  • Project-Specific Enhancements: Undertake development and configuration tasks related to Kuza Jamii, including building, dashboards, workflows, and automations as required.
  • Monitor feedback from consortium partners and program teams to refine UI and features, ensuring that solutions remain user-friendly and aligned with project goals.

Experience Cloud Setup and Management

  • Partner Experience Site configured, branded, and launched within the agreed timelines.
  • Role-based access is implemented for 100% of consortium partners with zero data leakage incidents.

Reports and Dashboards Delivery

  • Core program dashboards (Stage Funnel, KPIs, Partner Breakdown, Exceptions) delivered and signed off by leadership within the first 30 days.
  • Dashboards maintain over 95% uptime and refresh on schedule without errors.
  • All dashboards filter correctly by Partner/Region with zero access complaints from stakeholders.

User and Data Management

  • User management cases completed within agreed timelines.
  • Public groups, roles, and sharing rules are configured correctly with no unauthorized access incidents.
  • 100% compliance with internal data governance and donor data-sharing rules (PII never exposed externally).

Support and Responsiveness

  • 90% of partner Salesforce tickets are resolved within agreed timelines (not more than three business days).
  • Documented troubleshooting guides and user manuals are available to all partners within two months.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Associate, with a focus on Experience Cloud configuration.

Strong proficiency in:

  • Advanced Reports and Dashboards (including custom report types and dynamic dashboards).
  • Experience Cloud site setup and management.
  • User management, roles, profiles, and public groups.
  • Sharing and visibility rules for internal/external users.
  • Hands-on experience with Platform App Builder (custom objects, page layouts, Lightning App Builder).
