Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise & motivate commission-based field sles team to achieve and exceed sales
- Recruit, train, coach and evaluate sales agents to ensure high perfomance and retention targets
- Drive merchant onboarding upselling premium products and customer relationship
- Conduct daily field briefings, performance reviews and motivational sessions management
- Develop and execute field sales strategies aligned with company’s growth objectives
- Monitor individual & team performance, track commissions and ensure accurate reporting
- Personally participate in high-value sales negotiations and client presentations
- Ensure professionalism, ethical selling and brand representation in the field
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activity and Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management trends
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in business marketing, sales or a related field
- Proven experience leading commission-based field sales teams (mandatory)
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in sales leadership, preferably in e-commerce, digital platforms, classifieds, FMCG or telco sales
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire and drive performance in high-pressure sales environments
- Highly vibrant, energetic and result-oriented personality
- Very eloquent with excellent verbal communication, negotiation and presenttion skills
- Strong intrpersonal skills and ability to engage client across differet sectors
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and sales performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
