We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives within an assigned territory. The role is responsible for delivering volume, revenue, market share, and distribution targets while ensuring strong trade execution and team performance.

  • Lead, coach, and supervise Sales Representatives
  • Deliver territory sales targets (Volume, Revenue, Collections)
  • Drive numeric and weighted distribution
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations
  • Implement trade marketing initiatives in assigned region
  • Ensure route discipline and daily sales reporting
  • Manage debtor days and credit control within territory
  • Conduct regular market audits and competitor analysis
  • Drive team capability development and performance reviews
  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ FMCG sales experience
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of General Trade route-to-market
  • Valid driving license (motorbike/car depending on territory)
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • High accountability and target orientation
