Key Responsibilities / KPIs
- Expand the customer base for small home appliances and secure consistent sales orders.
- Increase channel penetration and retail distribution coverage across the assigned regions.
- Manage collections and ensure timely payment from customers.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Identify new market opportunities and proactively develop new clients.
- Provide leadership and direction within the assigned sales territory.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ proven sales experience, preferably within FMCG, electronics, or home appliances.
- Strong existing client resources and the ability to independently develop new customers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to take ownership of regional performance.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity; responsible, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Compensation
- Salary: KES 42,000
- Bonus: KES 28,000
- Total Package: KES 70,000 (performance-based)
