Boson Agri Limited specializes in poultry nutrition solutions including broiler and layer feeds, premixes, additives, and technical support. We are expanding in Kenya and seek a Field Sales Representative with hands-on experience in poultry feed sales and poultry farm systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell poultry feeds, premixes, feed additives, and nutrition supplements.
- Build and grow relationships with poultry farmers, hatcheries, agrovets, feed mills, and integrated poultry farms.
- Conduct farm visits, poultry performance assessments, and product demonstrations.
- Train farmers on feed programs for broilers, layers, and kienyeji poultry.
- Generate leads through field outreach, farm clinics, and cold calls.
- Track sales performance, collect poultry market insights, and support local distribution.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Vet Science, or related field.
- Proven experience selling poultry feeds, premixes, additives, or poultry inputs.
- Practical knowledge of poultry nutrition, feed formulation basics, and farm management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and field engagement skills.
- Ability to travel widely and work independently.

- Base salary of KES 20,000 per month plus commissions, bonuses, and field allowances.
