Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Engage customers with in-depth product knowledge to drive sales conversions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, concerns, and queries.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Team Leader.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to better position Urban Arts in the market.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (an added advantage).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in retail, furniture, household goods, or related industries is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deliver results under minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Basic computer literacy
