Job Overview
Are you passionate about sales, technology, and creating engaging online content? Dukaloco is looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Representatives to help grow our customer base, drive revenue, and showcase our products through engaging TikTok Live sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert sales leads.
- Host engaging TikTok Live sessions to demonstrate products, answer customer questions, and drive online sales.
- Create compelling product presentations that increase customer engagement and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sales.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
- Confident presenter with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging audiences during live selling sessions.
- Experience creating content or hosting live sessions on TikTok or other social media platforms is highly desirable.
