Sales Representative – Hospitality Job
Job Purpose:
Victoria Homestore is seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and persuasive Sales Representative – Hospitality to champion the sale of our newly launched premium mattresses to the hospitality sector. This includes hotels, lodges, guesthouses, and serviced apartments. The successful candidate will identify and engage business clients, present customized sleep solutions, and cultivate strong partnerships that enhance guest comfort and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Expertise.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our full mattress range, including materials, technologies, durability, and comfort features.
- Educate clients on mattress types and benefits, tailoring recommendations to their guest needs and operational requirements.
- Stay updated on industry innovations to effectively position Victoria Homestore’s mattresses as a premium sleep solution.
B2B Sales Quotation & Pricing
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, incorporating applicable discounts, promotions, and long-term supply terms.
- Ensure all pricing proposals are aligned with the company’s pricing policies and client tier agreements.
- Work closely with procurement or property managers to develop offers that meet both comfort standards and budget expectations.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Deliver a smooth, consultative sales process from inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster repeat business, referrals, and long-term contracts.
- Handle feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the B2B mattress portfolio.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g. bed bases, linen) to maximize each client engagement.
- Actively prospect and onboard new business clients in the hospitality and serviced apartment segment.
Market Awareness & Competitive Insight
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular feedback and sales reports to management, aiding in product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.

- Strong B2B sales acumen with excellent pitching and negotiation skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related.
- Minimum of 2–3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the mattress or hospitality supply industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and a high conversion rate.
- Familiarity with the needs of hospitality businesses, serviced apartments, or corporate accommodations is an added advantage.
