  • We seek a proactive Sales Promoter to expand our market reach, build client relationships and drive sales of veterinary products (e.g. vaccines, antibiotics) and feed additives (e.g. vitamins, probiotics). You’ll engage farmers, veterinarians, agro-dealers and cooperatives to educate them on product benefits and close sales.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (vets, dealers, farmers).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (XVB guidelines).
  • Diploma or certificate holders of animal health and production, Sales & Marketing or related fields.
  • Entry-level candidates with internship/practical training in animal health or sales.
  • Essential: Strong communication (English & Swahili), persuasion skills, and tech-savvy (MS Office).
  • Advantage: Knowledge of livestock diseases and animal nutrition.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, resilient and passionate about rural development.
