Description
We are looking for dynamic sales and marketing officers to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and executing marketing strategies that enhance Colnet’s brand visibility and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in facilities management, or service industries.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and secure new clients through direct sales, tendering, and referrals.
- Achieve set monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Conduct site visits and client presentations to showcase Colnet’s services.
- Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and upselling of additional services.
- Work with internal teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends.
