Reports To: Directors

The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving sales of Isuzu spare parts, accessories, and repair services, implementing marketing initiatives, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities that contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Exposure to inventory management and stock control will be an added advantage.

Sales & Customer Relationship Management

  • Promote and sell Isuzu spare parts, accessories, and repair services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Advise customers on suitable products, maintenance requirements, and repair solutions based on their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive market.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Promote company products, services, and special offers through various marketing channels.
  • Conduct customer visits, market outreach activities, and business development initiatives.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support decision-making and business growth.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and promotional campaigns as required.

Customer Service & Operational Support

  • Ensure high levels of customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the workshop and technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and related documentation.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for management review.
  • Support general operational activities as required to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

Inventory Support (Added Advantage)

  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and inventory records where required.
  • Support stock reconciliation, inventory counts, and inventory reporting activities.
  • Report stock shortages, damaged items, and slow-moving inventory to management.
  • Promote proper handling and storage of spare parts in accordance with company procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management in line with the role.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in automotive spare parts sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock control will be an added advantage.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
