Sales & Business Development

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage new prospects from educational institutions, publishers, NGOs, and corporate procurement departments etc through cold calls, networking, and digital platforms etc.
  • Client Consultation: Guide clients on the best printing methods (offset vs. digital), paper stock, finishes, and design options to fit their branding and budget.
  • Estimate Generation & Quote Proposals: Conduct thorough client needs analyses to structure, negotiate, and deliver accurate cost estimates—collaborating closely with the internal costing team on technical variables like paper GSM, ink configurations, binding types, and special finishes (UV, foil, die-cuts) to secure highly profitable contracts
  • Strategic Account Management & Retention: Build and maintain long-term consultative relationships with key corporate accounts, leveraging proactive communication and structured follow-ups around recurring print cycles to maximize customer loyalty and drive repeat business
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain an updated customer relationship management (CRM) database and provide regular sales forecasts to management
  • Timeline Tracking: Monitor production schedules to guarantee that time-sensitive corporate materials are delivered on or before the deadline.

  • Experience: 5+ years of successful sales experience specifically within the commercial offset and digital printing industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Clear understanding of pre-press requirements, plate-making, digital variable data printing (VDP), and post-press finishing (folding, stitching, perfect binding).
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and mathematical skills for on-the-spot rough estimates.
