What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Host Masters’ products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels (online, cold calls, networking, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to inform strategy.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree or diploma in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in tech or digital services).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Team player with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
