We specialize in the design, fabrication, and installation of high-quality products such as sliding doors, windows, shower cubicles, and façade systems for both residential and commercial clients.

We are expanding our footprint and are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Nakuru.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and client visits.
• Conduct product presentations and consultations with clients, including architects, contractors, and property developers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and progress reports in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales — ideally in the construction, building materials, or architectural products sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Knowledge of aluminium and glass products will be an added advantage.
