We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Nairobi. If you have strong market development skills and experience managing sales across regions, this is a great opportunity to grow with an international brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop markets and build distribution channels through frequent field visits, identifying importers, distributors, and key end customers
• Establish a localized, tiered channel management system and drive brand promotion (especially for Frencia)
• Set and execute annual/quarterly sales targets across regional markets, adapting pricing and promotion strategies based on tariffs, exchange rates, and competition
• Oversee order processes end-to-end, coordinating documentation, customs clearance, and cross-border payments to ensure timely delivery and financial security
• Build strong client relationships and implement risk control measures for international trade
• Manage and empower local sales teams to ensure effective execution of company strategy
• Support distributors in developing standardized retail outlets to strengthen brand presence and drive sales growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (experience in tiles, paint, or FMCG is a plus)
• Graduate; overseas study experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: English, French, Arabic
• Background in International Business, Finance, Sales, or related fields preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region and potentially be based outside Kenya
