Sales Manager Job Kilimall

Responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, building customer and merchant relationships, monitoring sales performance, and preparing sales reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Promote solar inverters, lithium batteries, solar panels, and energy storage systems.
• Manage customer relationships and sales negotiations.
• Develop dealers, distributors, and sales channels.
• Prepare sales reports and market updates.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales/business development experience.
• Experience in solar, electrical, inverter, battery, or renewable energy is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of the Nairobi market.
• Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Experience with Chinese solar brands, inverters, or lithium batteries is highly preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
