Sales Manager Job (40-50K)
Sales Jobs. Power Vision Jobs. Looking for a sales job in Kenya? Power Vision is recruiting a Sales Manager position for a client. The salary for the role is Ksh 40,000 – 50,000 monthly. Proficiency in sales leadership, team management, and retail sales is required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Admin or related.
- 3+ years’ sales experience, with at least 2 years in a similar leadership role.
- Experience selling consumer electronics, home appliances, mobile devices, ICT products, or related retail products.
- Leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- Experience managing dealer networks, retail outlets, or modern trade accounts will be an added advantage.
