THE ROLE
- Build and lead a team of 3 Field Sales Agents across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania
- Personally manage key accounts while coaching your team to exceed targets
- Implement CRM systems and establish data-driven sales processes
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion
- Develop deep expertise in flexographic printing, packaging materials, and converting
- Contribute to strategic expansion into Rwanda, Tanzania, and Ethiopia
- Report directly to the Managing Director with clear path to Sales & Marketing Director
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor\’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5-8 years experience with 3+ years in B2B sales leadership
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets with numbers to prove it
- Experience managing and developing sales teams of 3+ people
- Technical sales aptitude – ability to learn and sell packaging/print solutions
- Deep knowledge of Kenyan business culture and at least one other East African market
- CRM experience (Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho) is a STRONG advantage
- Valid driver\’s license and willingness to travel 40-50% across East Africa
- Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable with ambiguity, excited by challenge
