- Complete 12-24 month intensive training across key departments (e.g., Inside Sales, Field Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product Management).
- Shadow senior sales professionals to master consultative selling techniques.
Sales Execution
- Generate leads, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
Performance Metrics:
- Achieve quarterly KPIs (e.g., lead conversion, pipeline growth, revenue targets).
- Utilize CRM tools to track activities and forecast accuracy.
Leadership Development:
- Participate in workshops on negotiation, client relationship management, and industry trends.
- Present business insights to senior management upon program completion.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Self-motivated; Result-oriented; Good communication skill ; Good problem-solving ability; Good learning ability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business related course.
- To be eligible you must have graduated in the year 2024 or 2025.
