Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by assisting them in selecting jewelry that meets their preferences and needs.
• Sales: Actively engage with customers to promote and sell products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Transaction Handling: Accurately process transactions using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring inventory is accurately recorded and well-organized.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the jewelry products, including materials, styles, and current trends, to assist customers effectively.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the display of jewelry is attractive and aligned with store standards to encourage sales.
• Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with repeat customers, providing personalized service to enhance customer loyalty.

Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience in sales, specifically in jewelry or a related field
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and ability to handle transactions efficiently
• Experience with inventory management and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
