Revenue
- Generate KES 30M cash per month from new home sales deposit payments.
- Generate KES 360M cash per year from new home sales deposit

New sales
- Close sales (signed offer letter & 10% deposit paid) with 50 new customers per month.
- Close sales (signed offer letter & 10% deposit paid) with 600 new customers per year
Activities (tracked on a daily basis)
- Generate >50 sales leads per day.
- Issue 3 offers letters per day to customers.
- Receive 2 signed offer letters with deposit payments per day.
- Develop weekly target list, activation & events
Documentation
Timely completion of all necessary documentation needed to complete a sale or activate a partnership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree – minimum second-class upper division
- KCSE – minimum B+
- Result oriented.
