Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, energic, results and oriented Sales Executive to drive market expansion and customer acquisition for the CareverseHMIS platform. CareverseHIMS, is a comprehensive Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) designed to streamline patient care, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen billing and claims management, improve financial accountability, and support healthcare facilities on their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting
- Identify new opportunities, build pipeline, map territories, develop strong industry relationship
Customer Engagement & Solution Selling
- Engage decision-makers, understand their challenges, demostrate CareverseHMIS, and present tailored solutions.
Sales Cycle Management
- Manage opportunities end-to-end, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate, and close deals while maintaining
Collaboration with Implementation Team
- Support discovery, solution scoping, onboarding, and seamless handoverst to implementation and support teams.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors and trends, gather insights, and identify emerging opportunities in the healthcare sectors.
Qualifications
Academic Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Healthcare Management, Insurance, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Information Technology, Health Informatics or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years proven sales experience.
- Demonstrated sucess in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in one or more:
- Pharmaceutical sales
- Medical device sales
- Healthcare Insurance Sales
- Healthcare Technology Sales
- Hospital Business Development
- Corporate Healthcare Services

- Strong consultative selling skills
