Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Supervise and support Sales Agents.
• Grow market share and attract new clients.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with company sales processes and policies.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
