A reputable furniture manufacturing company based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join its commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by actively promoting and selling furniture products to clients both in the showroom and in the field.

  • Actively market and sell furniture products to both walk-in and field clients
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets
  • Provide regular market feedback to support business growth strategies
  • Prepare and submit sales reports as required
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, retail, or related industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Good customer service and relationship management skills
