Responsibilities
- The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including;
- Promoting and selling various loan products
- Handling customer inquiries, processing loan applications
- Providing excellent customer service.
- The Sales Associate will also be expected to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Preferably applicants from Utawala,Ruai, Kayole, Pipeline,Fedha, and Embakasi areas.Indicate your location on subject line.
