The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring the company’s products are promoted and sold effectively. The successful candidate will have the ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions to close sales.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Prepare sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and timely.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Having worked in FMCG is an added advantage.
