Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to promote the company’s products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Prepare sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and timely.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Having worked in FMCG is an added advantage.
