About the Role:
We’re looking for energetic and confident people to join our sales team. As a Sales Agent, you’ll connect with businesses, share what EGA offers, and help them choose the right solutions. You don’t need to be perfect—just proactive, curious, and ready to learn. You’ll earn commissions based on results, so the more you sell, the more you grow.
Responsibilities
- Talk to businesses and entrepreneurs about how EGA can support them
- Reach out to new clients through field visits, social media, and word of mouth
- Share the benefits of our programs clearly and confidently
- Keep track of your leads and progress
- Build good relationships so clients come back and refer others
- Work closely with your team leader for support and guidance
- Attend local events to represent EGA if needed
- Training and Support:
- Before you start, we’ll give you training on what we do and how to sell it. You’ll become a certified EGA Sales Agent and get ongoing support to keep growing.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or similar (a degree is a bonus)
- At least 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Comfortable talking to people and explaining things simply
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Bonus if you know about sectors like agribusiness, education, or finance
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Personal laptop or desktop (Core i3 or higher, 4GB RAM minimum)
- Functional microphone
