Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct sales activities, farm visits, and community demonstrations to present Sistema.bio technology to smallholder farmers.
- Identify and cultivate local leads through farmer groups, cooperatives, agro-dealers, and local community leaders.
- Perform pre-installation technical assessments on farms to verify water supply, livestock count, and space feasibility.
- Educate clients on flexible payment plans, microfinance partnerships, and PAYGO (Pay-As-You-Go) payment models.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, gather testimonials, and encourage referral sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional management.
