As we launch our new products and expand our presence across the country, we are recruiting energetic and motivated individuals to join our Sales & Activation Team.

Qualification & Skills

• Recent Graduate with a BSc/Diploma in Sales & Marketing (or related field).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in engaging with customers in the field.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver on targets.
• Willingness to travel across Kenya for activations.
• High level of energy, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct product launches, activations, and roadshows across different towns in Kenya.
• Educate boda boda riders on OYE’s financial services, insurance cover, and road safety programs.
• Achieve sales targets by converting riders into active customers.
• Collect and record customer data accurately for onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer experience and support during activations.
• Represent OYE in the community as a brand ambassador.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth execution of activation plans.
