Duties

• Co-ordinating debt collection activities in the branches.
• Compiling timely reports on debts collection to the Credit Remedial officer.
• Ensuring loan defaulters have been visited and issued with demand letters.
• Ensuring that necessary action has been taken upon defaulted loans.
• Following up defaulters who have become difficult at branch level.
• Recommending forwarding of the most difficult defaulters to external debt collectors.
• Ensuring that loam repayment proposals are adhered to.
• Supervising loan collection exercise in the branches.
• Ensuring that debt recovery target are achieved and that strategies are well followed.
• Ensuring that debt recovery policy is well followed.
• Performing any other duty that may be assigned by the Credit Remedial Officer from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a holder of a credit management diploma from a recognized institution.
• A Diploma in Business /Co-operative Management will be an added advantage.
• Must have attained a minimum grade of C+ and above in KCSE.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be mature and demonstrates high level of honesty and communication skills (oral and written).
• Understand Sacco policies and procedures.
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience
