Job Purpose
The officers are tasked to market and contribute to the growth of the company’s portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers
- Ensures high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
- Provide support in recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
- Ensures zero tolerance to customer complaints-both internal and external.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customer’s information.
- Good Service Delivery on customer service Relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate/Diploma in sales and marketing or any Business related
- A practical working experience in a Micro lending company
