We are looking for a highly analytical Revenue Operations Specialist to support and optimize our revenue engine within a technology / software environment. This role blends RevOps execution, financial modeling, and revenue analytics to drive accurate forecasting, scalable growth, and data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with complex data, SaaS metrics, and revenue systems while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance and visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Forecasting
- Build and maintain revenue and financial models covering ARR, MRR, pipeline, churn, expansion, CAC, LTV, and unit economics
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform pricing, growth, and go-to-market decisions
Revenue Operations & Analytics
- Own revenue reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Analyze the full revenue funnel from lead generation through retention and expansion
- Monitor SaaS KPIs and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Ensure forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility
Systems & Process Optimization
- Manage and optimize CRM and RevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, billing and subscription platforms)
- Maintain data integrity across revenue systems
- Improve workflows related to forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align revenue strategy
- Support sales compensation modeling, quota setting, and territory planning
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or Analytics
- Experience working in tech or SaaS companies
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and revenue forecasting
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with CRM and revenue tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Knowledge of subscription billing and revenue recognition
- Background in FP&A or SaaS finance
- Experience supporting fast-growing or scaling software companies
