We are looking for a highly analytical Revenue Operations Specialist to support and optimize our revenue engine within a technology / software environment. This role blends RevOps execution, financial modeling, and revenue analytics to drive accurate forecasting, scalable growth, and data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with complex data, SaaS metrics, and revenue systems while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance and visibility.

Financial Modeling & Forecasting

  • Build and maintain revenue and financial models covering ARR, MRR, pipeline, churn, expansion, CAC, LTV, and unit economics
  • Support annual planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform pricing, growth, and go-to-market decisions

Revenue Operations & Analytics

  • Own revenue reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
  • Analyze the full revenue funnel from lead generation through retention and expansion
  • Monitor SaaS KPIs and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility

Systems & Process Optimization

  • Manage and optimize CRM and RevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, billing and subscription platforms)
  • Maintain data integrity across revenue systems
  • Improve workflows related to forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align revenue strategy
  • Support sales compensation modeling, quota setting, and territory planning
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or Analytics
  • Experience working in tech or SaaS companies
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and revenue forecasting
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with CRM and revenue tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
  • Knowledge of subscription billing and revenue recognition
  • Background in FP&A or SaaS finance
  • Experience supporting fast-growing or scaling software companies
