Revenue Assistant III Job Nairobi City CPSB
Finance Jobs, Nairobi City CPSB Jobs. Responsible for supporting revenue collection, issuing receipts, updating payment records, reconciling daily collections, assisting with revenue data entry, and ensuring compliance with county revenue procedures. Requires a diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi
Qualifications
- A Diploma in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Served in the grade of Revenue Assistant II or in an equivalent and relevant position for a minimum period of three (3) years.
- Proficiency in computer applications and revenue management systems.
- Integrity and commitment to produce results, with ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
Key Responsibilities
The Revenue Assistant II will be responsible for the following functions:
- Collecting revenue and issuing receipts through the approved revenue system.
- Serving invoices and notices on revenue payers.
- Capturing revenue payers’ data in the revenue system.
- Any other duties as may be allocated by the supervisor.
