Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Retail Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting in developing, planning, implementing and monitoring the marketing strategy of the business.

Responsibilities
An overview of the duties and responsibilities of the role are outlined below:
- Recommend opportunities to be incorporated in the marketing strategy based on the Company’s objectives and current trends
- Identify, analyse and recommend marketing opportunities for all AutoXpress branches which include outdoor signage, instore communication merchandise, in-store marketing opportunities and marketing activations
- Identify, analyse and recommend marketing opportunities for new AutoXpress branches which include outdoor signage, instore communication merchandise, in-store marketing opportunities and marketing activations
- Ensure all external branch branding is well maintained and replaced when required
- Understanding and aligning the brand accordingly to maintain brand equity
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and management of events, as and when required
- Work in conjunction with the marketing team to ensure creation of artwork, photo, video and layout designs used for advertising, broadcast and web communication
- Ensure delivery of high quality marketing materials and services from suppliers consistent with the AutoXpress brand
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business or related field with a marketing option from a recognized university
- Post graduate qualification from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), is an added advantage
- At least 3 years experience at the same level in a marketing field
- Computer literacy in MS office packages
