Responsibilities

• Source, list, and sell/lease residential or land properties across Kilimani, Riverside, and Westlands.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and excellent customer service.
• Conduct property viewings, inspections, and client needs assessments to match buyers and tenants with suitable properties.
• Negotiate offers, prices, and terms to secure favourable outcomes for clients and the company.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed on property trends, pricing, and developments within the Nairobi real estate market.
• Prepare accurate reports, listings, documentation, and client updates.
• Work independently while collaborating with the wider Pam Golding Properties team.

Qualifications

• Experience in property sales or leasing is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Nairobi property market (particularly Kilimani, Riverside, and Westlands — added advantage, but not mandatory).
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required for strong performers).
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and self-driven.
• You must live in or be familiar with Kilimani, Riverside, or Westlands.
• Must have a personal car (critical requirement).
• Must be comfortable working on commission.

Pay Range and Compensation

• This is a commission-based role, with earnings fully dependent on performance.
