Reservations Agent Job Beachfront Hotel Mombasa, Kenya
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant diploma/certificate in hospitality, front office operations or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant guest-service/front-office experience; luxury hotel/resort experience preferred.
- Strong communication, computer/PMS skills and professional guest-handling ability.
- Excellent grooming, attention to detail and ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays..
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
