Responsibilities
- 1. Device Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
- Perform initial checks to identify device problems and verify issues before repair. Test hardware components such as screens, batteries, charging systems and boards.
- 2. Repair & Replacement Tasks
- Assist in replacing spare parts such as screens, batteries, cameras, speakers, back covers, and ports. Follow repair standards and ensure correct procedures for different device models.
- 3. Quality Assurance & Testing
- Test devices after repair to confirm they are functioning properly.
- Perform pre- and post-repair quality checks.
- Update repair logs, checklists and test results accurately.
- 4. Technical Support
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding device care and usage.
- 5. Documentation & Reporting
- Record repair activities in the internal system accurately.
- Maintain daily repair reports and inventory updates.
- Support in ensuring all devices processed are tagged, documented, and tracked.

Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Electronics, ICT or a related field.
- Basic understanding of mobile device hardware and laptop components.
- Strong interest in device repair and hands-on technical work.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Added Advantage: experience in repair work or technical support.
- Familiarity with repair tools.
- Experience replacing screens, batteries, or basic components.
- Knowledge of diagnostics software or tools.
