Relationship Officer (Logbook loan) Job Phoenix Capital
Sales & Marketing Jobs, Phoenix Capital Jobs. Responsible for following up on overdue bodaboda loan repayments, conducting field visits, updating collection records, and preparing recovery reports. Requires a Diploma or KCSE certificate with strong communication and negotiation skills and at least 2 years of debt collection or loan recovery experience, preferably in microfinance or lending. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any business related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in team management
- Minimum 1 year experience in logbook financing
- Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills
