Responsibilities
- Implementing the Business Development Strategy and plans for the assigned portfolio and targets while ensuring adherence to policies, processes and procedures for delivery of targets.
- Carrying out market analysis for the assigned area to identify potential individual/SME and salaried clients.
- Managing risks to achieve quality portfolio in line with set targets through customer screening, information sharing & training, loan appraisal, timely disbursement, timely loan repayment and follow-up; and overall portfolio management.
- Proactively creating awareness through marketing activities including promotions and outreach programs to generate leads and conversion.
- Ensuring that the turnaround (TAT) time is adhered to by timely preparing client appraisals, analysis and presenting to the Branch Credit Committee (BCC) meetings for further review and recommendation.
- Daily monitoring of the portfolio quality and proactively ensuring timely payment of loan installments on a monthly basis
- Maintaining a database on the potential/existing clients and achieving a conversion and repeat sales of 90%
- Carrying out stakeholder management engagements to enhance customer relationships and loyalty
- Ensuring service delivery through regular customer visits, customer feedback, loan application progress and repayment plans for sustained and effective customer relationship management.
- Developing, collaborating and sustaining healthy relationships with other industry players in the market.
- Identifying and recommending best practices for innovation to ensure new & improved processes, products and services.
- Implementing service quality, customer excellence and change initiatives to achieve the required business performance and culture.
